We read every message sent through the form below. For the fastest useful reply, choose the right route and include the detail we need.
News tips and corrections. If you are reporting an error, paste the article link, quote the passage, and tell us what is wrong and what source supports the fix. If you are sending a news tip, include verifiable facts, dates, places, and how we can reach you for follow-up. Anonymous material is assessed on verifiability alone. We do not pay for tips.
Editorial email: [email protected]. Please do not send unsolicited manuscripts, photographs, video, press kits, or attachments; they will not be opened or returned. Press officers may send statements for attribution; publication is at editorial discretion and statements may be quoted, checked, and contextualised.

Publisher: 24World Media, 1411 N Sterling Ave, Palatine, IL 60067, United States. Digital News Point aims to acknowledge corrections reports within two business days and to resolve verified errors promptly under the corrections policy. What happens to your message. Form and email messages are received by the newsroom inbox, read by a member of the team, and routed to the relevant desk. Correction reports are logged. News tips are assessed on verifiability, public interest, and safety. We cannot acknowledge every message individually, and we never confirm receipt of anonymous material in a way that would identify a sender.
Protecting sources. If you are sharing sensitive information, say so in the first line of your message and provide a safe way to reply. Do not include sensitive material in the initial message itself. The newsroom will discuss handling before receiving documents. No channel should be assumed perfectly secure.
Response times. Corrections reports: acknowledged within two business days where a reply address is given. Business and advertising enquiries: a reasonable timeframe, normally within five business days. Matters involving safety or a serious factual error in current coverage should be marked clearly so they are prioritised.
Postal contact. Written correspondence may be sent to the publisher at 24World Media, 1411 N Sterling Ave, Palatine, IL 60067, United States. Postal mail is opened in ordinary course; do not send originals, valuables, or time-sensitive material by post.
